If you’re a 90s kid turned adult now, you must be knowing what I am talking about… Yeah it’s about the Pokémon Go thing which have turned the world upside down in just 10 days of its release.

Wait…  What !!! You ain’t aware of Pokémon Go 😯  then u must read this article.

“Pokémon” are the fictional creatures, which humans known as Pokémon Trainers catch and train to battle each other.

The franchise began as a pair of video games, developed by Nintendo during the year 1995-1996. It spans across video games, trading card games, animated television shows and movies, comic books and toys. And as a matter of fact kids loved each and every bit of this fictional character.

Extending the legacy to next level, there is a grand gift for iOS and Android users – “Pokémon Go”. It is a free-to-play location-based augmented reality mobile game developed by Niantic and published by The Pokémon Company on 6th July,2016.

The game allows players to capture, train and battle virtual creatures, called Pokémons, who appear on device screens as though in the real world. It makes use of GPS and the camera of compatible devices. An optional companion Bluetooth wearable device is planned for future release, the Pokémon Go Plus, and will alert users when Pokémon are nearby.

Exciting isn’t it?

The game quickly became one of the most used smart device apps after being launched, surpassing all the previous records held by games like Temple Run & Candy Crush Saga. It has infact overtaken Facebook an Twitter in terms of average usage in US. Such a rage this game has been that servers have crashed multiple times of iOS and Android.

The good thing is even the medical professionals recommend this game for potentially improving the mental and physical health of players. The Pokemons could be anywhere around you, the parking lot, your work place – maybe @your system’s keyboard or @your manager’s desk 😉. Ooppss while travelling too.

So beware and get hold of your favourite Pokémon character. Good luck and happy reading
